Red Sox Wont Face Their Former Silver Slugger Teammate Monday Lineups

Red Sox Won't Face Their Former Silver Slugger Teammate Monday

Lineups for Monday's Red Sox-Blue Jays Game

Boston Red Sox (45-40) at Toronto Blue Jays (42-42)

The Boston Red Sox will not face their former Silver Slugger teammate, Teoscar Hernandez, when they take on the Toronto Blue Jays on Monday night. Hernandez was traded to the Blue Jays in July 2020, and he has since become one of the most productive hitters in the American League.

In 2021, Hernandez finished with 32 home runs and 116 RBIs, and he was named to his first All-Star team. He is on pace to have another strong season in 2022, with 20 home runs and 60 RBIs through 82 games.

The Red Sox will be facing a tough Blue Jays team on Monday night. Toronto has won four of its last six games, and it is currently in the midst of a wild-card race.
